Refund Policy

At Resin & Root, we take great pride in preserving your cherished florals with the utmost care and craftsmanship. Each piece is custom-made, one-of-a-kind, and created with the specific blooms you provide. Due to the highly personalized and handmade nature of our products, we have a limited refund policy as outlined below:

Deposits: All booking deposits are non-refundable and secure your place in our production calendar. This deposit covers consultation, supplies, and time carefully drying your blooms (if applicable).

Custom Orders: All custom orders are considered final sale and are non-refundable once production has begun. We take special care in creating precious keepsakes from the blooms you provide, and unfortunately, cannot process returns or exchanges for these creations.

Cancellation or a change in order can be approved prior to the production of your keepsake. Cancellations or changes requested after the production of your keepsake cannot be granted.

Due to the handcrafted nature of this work, small imperfections such as bubbles, silica gel remnants, dust, or shifts in resin during the curing process are expected, and are not acceptable grounds for a refund. However, at Resin & Root, we take great care in avoiding as many imperfections as possible.

Non-custom Orders: Customers have a period of 14 business days to request a refund or exchange on ready-made items ordered from our website. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.

Damaged Items: In the event that your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at resinandrootcreations@gmail.com. Kindly include your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We’ll work quicky to address the issue and find a satisfactory resolution.
